Hello! I am excited to be joining OLLI for 6 weeks to teach Sustainability at Home: Creating a Small Scale Food System.
We will use our course time to learn about sustainability, food systems, home gardening, and creating a community food system. After our lecture in each session, we will take the opportunity to plant something in our very own little "greenhouse."
By the end of this course, you will have a better idea of not only how to create a home garden, but why it is important that we produce some of the fruits and vegetables that we consume.
